Gloria has been working as Head of Admissions at BIS for the past 6 years.

She will share with you all the insights from the perspective of a parent because her two boys are studying at BIS, and most importantly, she can also guide you through the admissions process, help you understand our IB philosophy, and in addition, she can connect you to one of our Parent Ambassadors who will also share their experience at BIS, contact us if you wish to learn more about our vibrant school.

How to enroll ?

1. CONTACT US

Early registration is advised. As a place can become available at any time in any year, please visit our online admissions’ office to start the enquiry and the admission process.

2. VISITING THE SCHOOL

You can either visit us during one of our Open Days or arrange a campus tour and meet with one of our admissions team. Email us at south@bischool.com for more information.

3. REGISTERING YOUR CHILD

To request a place for your child at Bogaerts International School, fill out the application form. This will ensure that your child is added to the waiting list for the next available place.

4. PUPIL ASSESSMENT AND TRIAL

We require two full years of school transcripts or reports, which are assessed by our admissions team. Once approved, your child will be invited for a trial day.

5. OFFER OF A PLACE​

After the trial day, the admissions team will contact you by email within one week to confirm the grade placement

6. COMPLETION

After confirming, the parents receive an overview of payments and access details to the school email and learning platforms.

*Students arriving from a country with a school year start other than September will need to continue in the equivalent grade to the one they were studying in their home country. Students can in no circumstances be admitted to a higher grade without having fully completed the requirements of instruction of the year in their home country. 
(Example: Student joining in September and currently in grade 3 in India, will join BIS in PYP 2)
